Abu Dhabi Yas Island (AUH01)

A 45MW campus on Yas Island
Our Yas Island campus supports the region’s fast-growing demand for cloud and AI infrastructure. Building 1 (20MW) is operational, with the first of four data halls completed on schedule and handed over to a hyperscale customer in 2025. Located on a 16-acre site, the campus is designed for phased expansion, with total capacity scalable to 45MW through the addition of Building 2. AUH01 employs hybrid air and liquid cooling systems, designed to meet the evolving needs of AI and cloud deployments. The facility also uses Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) for backup power generation as part of our ongoing commitment to low-carbon operations.
