Our areas of focus
Urban Regeneration
We’re enabling urban regeneration with the creation of green spaces to support local communities with climate adaptation. Working closely with councils and authorities close to Pure DC’s data centres, we’re helping them find solutions to local challenges.
Agriculture
Using our expertise in plant science and process chemical engineering, we’re researching how biochar can support climate resilience in agricultural settings across the world. With trials in the UK, Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates, we’re looking at how biochar can aid food security and de-desertification while reducing carbon emissions in agriculture.
Forestry
With a unique approach to forestry innovation, we’re creating climate resilient trees to help address the biggest issue facing the industry: tree mortality. By working with expert partners, we’re bringing together knowledge, resources and capabilities to develop solutions that can be scaled and rolled out across the sector .
