Forestry needs a new supply model
UK forestry faces a critical bottleneck: there isn’t enough tree stock to support our afforestation ambitions. On top of that, the climate is becoming increasingly challenging: beat-up rates are rising, planting windows are shortening, and seed supply is increasingly inconsistent. We need a step change in the way in which we deliver forestry stock.

Your forest’s future should start with the best trees. So, we built our growing system around what the forestry sector told us it needed: a reliable supply of high-quality trees delivered quickly year-round.
We pioneered the use of vertical farming in UK forestry to optimise the growing process in a perfectly controlled environment. And we continue to listen, learn and refine our approach to give every tree the strongest possible start.
All our trees are grown in the UK, in sustainably powered vertical farms, using carefully sourced seeds. From broadleaf to conifer, we provide the right trees, in the right place, at the right time.
