Dublin Ballycoolin (DUB01)

A 14-acre site in Ballycoolin delivering 54MW
Our Dublin campus has been operational since 2024 and supports high-density workloads with cutting-edge cooling and power infrastructure. Located in the fibre-rich Ballycoolin area, the site is designed to deliver 54MW across three data centres: DUB01 (14MW), DUB02 (24MW), DUB03 (16MW). In 2023, we acquired an additional 25 acres west of the site, enabling a future expansion of 90MW, subject to permitting and power. The campus incorporates sustainable practices, including biochar in landscaping to reduce water usage, and Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) for backup and short-term primary power generation. The site self-generates energy using natural gas with onsite dual fuelled generators, supported by a 200MW thermal gas connection. It has the necessary connections in place to provide district heating back to the local community.

In 2025, we welcomed four graduate students from Trinity College Dublin’s Smart and Sustainable Cities Master’s programme for a six-week sustainability placement at DUB01 – as part of our commitment to developing local talent and advancing sustainability through education. We also support local charities including Aoibheann's Pink Tie, a children’s cancer charity, and Pieta House, which provides vital suicide prevention services. In addition, we donate timber and other surplus materials to a local housing project supporting the rehabilitation of former prisoners.
