Mike Schwartz

Mike Schwartz is a senior finance and operations leader with deep experience building and scaling institutional, capital-intensive platforms. He is known for disciplined execution, strong cross-functional partnership, and developing high-performing teams across complex global organizations. Since April 2022, he has served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of RecNation RV & Boat Storage, the largest specialty RV and boat storage platform in the United States. Working alongside a strong leadership team, Mike helped professionalize the business from its early growth stage by implementing enterprise systems, governance, financial controls, and operating discipline. “During his tenure, Mike raised significant capital in both the debt and equity markets, including securing a revolving credit facility supported by a blue-chip syndicate of national and global banks.”

Previously, Mike spent 6 years at CyrusOne, a global hyperscale data center operator and publicly traded company, where he served as Vice President of Finance. He led strategic planning and operational finance for a large, capital-intensive portfolio and was a key member of the deal team supporting CyrusOne’s sale to KKR and GIP in 2022. Earlier in his career, Mike held senior finance leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Lucent Technologies, and Agere Systems, managing global finance and accounting teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. He holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Kutztown University and an MBA from Lehigh University’s College of Business.
