Pure DC Secures Top Spot In Coveted Sunday Times 100 Tech

Friday 17th January, London: Pure Data Centres has been recognised as the top company in the hardware category of The Sunday Times 100 Tech 2025.

The Sunday Times 100 Tech celebrates Britain’s fastest-growing private tech companies and ranks them on the sustained growth in their annual revenues, measured over a three-year period. In the past year, the companies featured have collectively generated £3.2 billion in revenue. The hardware category experienced an impressive 87% growth, underscoring its rapid advancement.

In 2024, Pure DC reached major milestones both in the UK and globally. The completion of Data Halls 3 and 4 at the Brent Cross campus in London marked the company’s first fully customer-occupied data centre, delivering 20MW of capacity.

Beyond the UK, Pure DC launched construction of a 25MW campus in Madrid, Spain, and began development on a groundbreaking 45MW facility on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The Yas Island site, Pure DC’s inaugural venture in the Middle East, is set to complete its first phase in early 2025.

With 500MW of extra capacity in the pipeline in Europe and the Gulf region, Pure DC continues to redefine the future of sustainable data centre operations.
