Nicola is an English qualified lawyer with over 18 years of experience advising private equity investors, international corporates, financial institutions and investment managers. Prior to joining Pure, Nicola was General Counsel at Mileway, the largest owner and operator of last-mile logistics in Europe. Whilst at Mileway, Nicola built and managed large teams, established and improved processes to secure organisational efficiencies and navigated Mileway through the largest ever private real estate transaction of all time, a €21bn recapitalisation to Blackstone’s core-plus investors. Prior to Mileway, Nicola was a corporate lawyer at Goodwin and Ashurst. Nicola has real estate sector experience having advised on all aspects of investments in European real estate. Nicola was included in the Lawyer’s Hot 100 List of 2023.
Nicola joined Pure in 2023 as Chief Legal Officer. She is responsible for all legal matters including corporate and real estate transactions, structuring, financing, corporate governance and customer contracting as well as all operational legal matters
