Flexible Working

We have a flexible approach to hybrid working. We also have offices available at our Data Centre locations around the world.

Time Off

Holiday entitlement varies across our different countries but, your entitlement increases with service by up to 5 days, on top of the usual public holidays.

All employees get an extra day off for your birthday so that you can celebrate your special day with friends and family.

We also offer a range of other paid leave options – family leave, compassionate leave, time off for life events and support for sickness absence.

Community Giving Days

Our CSR Committee helps us to consider our social impact in the wider community.  As part of this activity the Committee supports charity partnerships and other fundraising initiatives and we prioritise charitable contributions to organisations that are located in communities where we have data centres.

Each year everyone in Team Pure has two Community Giving Days to spend volunteering with a charity they’re passionate about.
