A transactional lawyer by background, Nick has over 30 years’ experience in private practice and as General Counsel FTSE250 residential property company Grainger plc. He headed the International Real Estate Finance Team of global firm Eversheds-Sutherland LLP in the early 2000s and then led Grainger plc through a series of debt, capital markets, funds and M&A transactions from 2009 to 2016. Nick joined Pure in 2017 as a member of the senior leadership team and has been centrally involved in the rapid growth of the company across a wide range of areas including strategy, legal and compliance, people and culture and investor relations. Nick took on the newly created Chief Operating Officer role in 2022 to oversee the group’s support functions and deliver a series of business transformation projects.
