Ryan is based in London and leads the management and oversight of Pure’s teams managing operations and security across new and existing campuses around the world. He is a highly experienced data centre professional who has been working in the industry and managing data centres for 15 years, across the full spectrum of assets from hyperscale to colocation and enterprise.
Prior to joining Pure in 2025, he was the Global Vice President of CBRE’s Data Centre Solutions business where he was responsible for teams operating more than 200 data centres in over 40 countries stretched across 6 continents. Ryan has served in numerous data-centre focused leadership positions based in Europe and APAC, always centred in operations and focused on high functioning teams, infrastructure reliability and customer experience. Over the years Ryan and his teams have been responsible for implementing fundamental changes in the way teams operate and manage critical infrastructure, through devising and implementing improvements across the spectrum of data centre operations and technology.
